Endangered mammals project
This project aims to sequence 5 endangered mammal genomes with NGS technology. Supervised by Dr. Shanlin Liu, I was responsible for the follwing work:
● Genome annotation
● Assembly assessment
● Gene family evolion analysis
● Pseudogene analysis
